The Pricing Insights dashboard in Seller Center provides important account-level pricing metrics and item-level insights to help you identify opportunities, update pricing and enroll items in Repricer. In this guide, you’ll learn how to use the Pricing Insights dashboard effectively.
How does it work?
The Pricing Insights dashboard features Item Insights that provides key account-level metrics and detailed information at the item level and your Historical Price Performance that displays your catalog's pricing insights over time.
Your account-level metrics are summarized below:
Field | Definition |
|---|---|
Price competitiveness |
|
Buy Box win rate | Measures the overall percentage of page views where your offers are winning the Buy Box. For example, a 60% Buy Box win rate would indicate that you’re the Buy Box winner for 60% of all page views that your items received over the last seven days. |
Repricer opportunities | Displays the number of items in Repricer strategies that need your attention as repricing has been paused and require seller input/action. |
Incentives eligible | Displays the number of items that are eligible for price incentives. |
Pricing rules violation | Displays the number of items that are either suppressed or unpublished as they violate pricing rules and standards. |
Additional guidelines
A non-exhaustive list of your item-level metrics are summarized below. Use the item-level metrics to address specific items with low price competitiveness scores or Buy Box win rates. You can also directly enroll items in pricing tools such as Repricer or take action on items that violate pricing rules. Any price adjustments made from this dashboard will only update if there are no promotions, pricing incentives or repricing strategies in place.
